Group airport transfers from Tunbridge Wells
Travelling to the airport as a group is simpler in one vehicle, with one driver, one pickup time and room for everyone’s cases. Minibus airport fares are quoted per trip, because the right vehicle depends on how many of you are travelling and how much luggage you have.

Flights tracked on return
Give us your flight number and terminal when you book. We watch your arrival and adjust the pickup if the flight is early or late.
Luggage first
A family of six with large cases may need an 8-seater rather than a 6-seater. Tell us the number of cases, golf bags or ski bags and we will confirm the right vehicle. For a large group with cases, choose the 16-seat Sprinter, which takes up to 16 cases; the 13-seater has very little luggage space and we do not recommend it for airport runs.

How booking works for our larger minibuses
Our 13-seat minibus and 16-seat Mercedes Sprinter are booked a little differently from cars, because they are planned further ahead and often tied to a wedding, a flight or an event.
Email info@tunbridgewells888.co.uk with the date, pickup and return times, number of passengers, pickup addresses and luggage, and we will reply with a fixed quote. The full terms are on our booking terms page.
Key terms
- Notice. At least 24 hours for the 16-seat Sprinter, and as early as possible for Christmas and bank holidays.
- Payment. Paid in advance by invoice.
- Deposit. A £150 refundable damage and spoilage deposit, returned in full within 5 working days if the vehicle comes back clean and undamaged.
- Cancellation. No charge more than 2 weeks before. Within 2 weeks, 25% of the total. Within 1 week, 50%. Within 3 days, the full amount.
- 8 seats and under follow our normal taxi terms and can be paid at the end of the journey.

Read before you book
Need a coach? A minibus is often the better fit
We do not supply coaches. Our largest vehicle is a 16-seat Mercedes Sprinter, and for most groups of 8 to 16 people a minibus with a driver is simpler than a coach: it can collect from your door, use smaller roads and park at venues a coach cannot reach.
